All good! I came in for a simple oil change - knowing they would inspect the whole car and let me know if there were concerns. My brakes were nearing metal - and they made time to take care of them - same day. I trust Tigard SUV. Enough said.

Once again..Norma and Dan have gone out of their way to take care of us !! My low tire pressure light came on and had a strange noise from the from end. We live on a big hill so going into winter I wanted it checked out. Not only did they give us a FREE loaner car.. we had our car back same day !! Turns out we had a bad valve stem and needed brakes. Thanks Norma for always giving us options and listening to our concerns !! HONEST AND FRIENDLY !!I WILL NEVER TAKE OUR CARS ANYWHERE ELSE !Andy Honzel

When I called I got in for an appointment the next day. I thought for sure that the clutch was gone on my 4Runner and would have to be replaced. They called a few hours after I dropped my car off and said that they had looked at the clutch hydraulics and it just needed to be lubricated. As a single mom with NO knowledge of vehicle repair, I was extremely impressed that they did not try to install a new clutch when I didn't need one! They earned my trust from the start. Other perks: very friendly staff and free use of a loaner vehicle so I didn't have to miss work (just had to replace the gas I used)! I'll definitely be back when the need arises.
